The shipping fee you choose reflects all shipping and handling fees required to deliver your merchandise to you in the time window you designate.
Tracking-Yes, you can!
GoodTrueBeautiful will send you a shipping confirmation email on all FedEx shipments once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
All of our packages are shipped via FedEx and can be tracked online at www.fedex/tracking.com or by phone at 1.800.GoFedEx.
USPS shipments are not tracked.

On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may produce shipping postponements. Please refer to this page for shipping alerts and announcements.
Our distribution facility's business days are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. though 4:00 p.m. (EST) excluding U.S. holidays, holidays observed by the post office, UPS, or FedEx, and other specific days we may announce.
For your protection, in case of any billing irregularities you will be contacted by our Sales Audit staff before your order is shipped. We apologize for any delays this may cause.
*Books: There are times when the publisher is temporarily out of stock and when this happens it may take 3-7 days for GoodTrueBeautiful to receive and ship the item.
In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.

The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local postal office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.
