Returns Policy:

If, for some reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return any new, unopened items sold by GoodTrueBeautiful,Inc. within 30 Days of delivery for a full refund.

Please contact us @ info@goodtruebeautifulinc.com to receive a return authorization #. Items should be returned in their original, product packaging, including a copy of your original packing slip with your return authorization # noted. Please also note your reason for return.

We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Your refund should be received within approximately 20 business days (4 weeks). This allows time for shipping, handling and bank processing time. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your returned item.

The credit card holder on your original transaction will be credited with your refund.

If you do not see this refund credit transaction within 4 weeks on you're my "account" on-line statement with GoodTrueBeautiful,Inc. , please email us for assistance.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds will be issued for the following:

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
• Any item showing obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
• Any item not returned in the condition in which it was received, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error: Up to 50% of item's price.
• Any CD that has been opened/had its seal split/removed: 50% of item's price. (If you discover the CD is defective after opening, a full refund will be made.)
• Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.

Items purchased in a boutique or department or book store must be returned at their point of purchase.
